Fajã dos Padres is a beachfront property set on an organic fruit plantation with banana and mango groves, isolated from the mainland by cliffs 250 metres high. Access is exclusively by cable car from a parking area 300 metres up, with the car running on demand until 19:00 and by appointment for guests after that. The property offers free parking, an electric vehicle charging station, and street parking; the cable car also operates between 21:00 and 22:00 for guests returning from evening outings.

The nine cottages are built from natural stone with wooden shutters and stone floors, each including a double bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Every unit has a private terrace with sun beds overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, plus free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Some cottages feature mosquito nets; each unit is furnished with wooden furniture in natural tones.

Breakfast is served under the shade of a tree with ocean views, offering fresh mango juice, homemade yogurt and granola, fresh pastries, and local fruit jams such as banana, cherry, papaya, and mango. The restaurant provides a romantic setting for sunset dinners, with last food orders at 17:00; guests must notify staff by 15:30 to reserve dinner. The private beach area includes a concrete swimming pier and a stone beach, with water sport facilities on site for canoeing, diving, fishing, snorkelling, and hiking. Guests can use the solarium, sun loungers or beach chairs, sun umbrellas, and the garden with outdoor fireplace, picnic area, and children's playground.
